Delivery Policy
- Credit and Debit cards are debited on the day of shipping by the Heart of a Garden Ltd. All prices include sales taxes (where applicable) unless otherwise stated, any delivery charges are always clearly indicated.
- Every purchase you make shall be deemed performed in England. English law shall govern every aspect of contractual agreement concerning purchases made from the Site.
- the Heart of a Garden Ltd aims to arrange shipment of all 'in stock' items within 24 hours of receiving your order. Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock with our suppliers. Some items may be unavailable and the current stock status is approximate. the Heart of a Garden Ltd are not able to supply dates our suppliers may get an item in stock.
- Our standard Returns Policy applies to all purchases from the Heart of a Garden Ltd.
- The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation. Please note that your goods may be sent to you in instalments. You may cancel your entire order with us if subsequent instalments forming part of your order are not delivered by us.
- If your delivery address is outside of the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; the Heart of a Garden Ltd advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information.
- Please note that when shipping products internationally, you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
- For Christmas Deliveries, we recommend that you order by the 18th December. We will endeavour to dispatch all 'in stock' orders within 24 hours, however we cannot guarantee delivery on or before the 24th December as the post may be delayed in your area.
Returns & Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item.
By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of an order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge.

Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or, in accordance with our returns policy, because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us
We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.
We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
